Data & AI

Intelligence you can explain to the people it affects.

AI and data earn their place when they answer a question a person was already asking — faster and more consistently. Here is what we build, who it serves, and the rules it runs under.

Capabilities

What the data layer does.

Each capability exists to make a decision faster or a handoff cleaner. Nothing here is a claim about proprietary datasets or measured performance.

  • Identity-clean CRM

One record per customer, member, or dealer — deduplicated and kept current, so every system downstream reads the same truth.

  • Consent-based customer & member data

Data is collected with disclosed consent, used for the purpose it was given for, and removable on request.

  • Attribution from campaign to outcome

Spend and effort connected to quotes, orders, booked work, and renewals — not just clicks and calls.

  • Dashboards & embedded analytics

Owner-readable reporting embedded where the work happens, ending in decisions instead of exports.

  • Search & answer-engine intelligence

What buyers ask search and answer engines, mapped to the content and structure that gets cited.

  • Predictive prioritization

    Exploratory

Ranking which open estimates, members, or territories deserve attention first. Exploratory — always reviewed by a person before action.

  • Territory & geospatial intelligence

Coverage, opportunity, and field activity mapped from lawfully licensed data sources under contract.

  • Human-reviewed automation

AI drafts, routes, and reminds. People approve anything that commits money, scope, or a relationship.

Buyer scenarios

The same discipline, four different desks.

Manufacturer

Channel insight without the quarter lag

See which territories are quoting your line, which dealers are enabled, and where co-op dollars actually moved product — reported in weeks, not quarters.

Supplier / distributor

A territory plan the rep can run

Accounts segmented by opportunity and coverage, routes planned against real geography, and order history visible before the rep walks in.

Contractor

Speed-to-lead with a memory

Every call, form, and estimate tied to an outcome. Follow-up runs on schedule, and the report shows booked work and collected cash by source.

Association

Acquisition and renewal on one board

Prospects, new members, benefit activation, and renewal risk in one view the board can act on in a single meeting.

The rules it runs under

Licensing, consent, and a human in the loop.

These are commitments we put in the written proposal, not marketing language.

  • Licensed sources only. Aerial imagery, parcel data, weather signals, and market data are used under contract — never scraped, never assumed.
  • Data minimization. We collect what the system needs to do its job and nothing more.
  • Consent and disclosure. Recording, tracking, and outreach are disclosed and configured to the applicable state's requirements.
  • Human override. Automation recommends and routes; people make the commitments.
  • Your data stays yours. Accounts, records, and transcripts belong to the client, and we say so in the written proposal.
