Your agreement governs
All RRG Global work is governed by the signed proposal or service agreement for that engagement. If anything on this page differs from your signed agreement, the agreement controls.
One-time and setup work
Refund terms for project and setup fees are set in your signed agreement.
Recurring services and cancelling
Recurring services renew automatically at the price in your agreement until you cancel. You can cancel anytime by emailing connect@rrgglobal.com. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access through the period you've already paid for.
Refund timing
When an approved refund is issued is set in your signed agreement.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Email connect@rrgglobal.com with your company name, the engagement or service involved, and what you are requesting. We will reply in writing.
